Print Time

Imprints with no run recorded yet — a job still listed here after it printed means the tracking was missed. Once a run comes in (operator, manual tracking or import) it drops off this list. Delete an imprint to stop tracking it.

Enter net working minutes for each stage (exclude breaks/lunch — same as the live timer). Leave a stage blank or tick skip if it wasn't tracked. Only imprints still awaiting data are listed — recorded runs live on the Dashboard, where they can be searched and edited. Saved runs count exactly like runs timed on the Track tab.

Area ≤ this = Small, above = Large. Changing it reclassifies every imprint.

Import the old "Printtime — KPI" spreadsheet. Each row becomes a completed run plus its imprint (kept out of the operator search — the jobs are long finished). Durations come from the sheet's Total columns, anchored at the recorded start times. Re-importing the same file updates rather than duplicates.
